Britney Spears has been seen on numerous occasions exposing her private parts in public while exiting her vehicle. On November 4, 2007, Spears was photographed in a hiked-up miniskirt with no underwear on with her privates exposed. On November 26, 2007 another shot was taken of Spears exposing herself in public. Once again on November 28, 2007 Spears exposed her groin to the paparazzi as she exited her vehicle. According to her friend Tuesday Knight, Spears started exposing her private parts as a result of insecurities after her divorce from Kevin Federline. However, Spears isn't the only celebrity that likes to show off her privates. Actress Lindsay Lohan has been caught exposing herself to the paparazzi as well.
Legal Issues

The exposing of private body parts in public is against the law. According to attorney Myles Alderman Jr., if you can see Spears exposing herself at eye level, that would be sufficient evidence for legal action.
