Briefs were also called Jockey shorts. They are considered to be mens underwear. The womens briefs are high waisted panties giving more coverage than other types of underwear. In 1985 Joe Boxers made underwear with image of $100 bills on it. The secret service confiscated thousand pairs of these underwear since it violated the forgery laws.
