Brian Schroeder is accused of setting fire to a New York City chapel that houses the unidentified remains of victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. Schroeder, a 26-year-old graduate of Harvard Law School, turned himself in to police on November 1, 2009. According to reports, Schroeder's attorney claims his client had too much to drink and didn't know what he was doing.
