Out of all the difficult posts, for some reason I cannot settle on my Team USA choices. Question: where's Brian Rolston? Too old already?

Saku Koivu could be the center Lou L is considering. Losing Gionta is no major hurt; actually an asset. Brian Rolston replaces him easily.
