Brian Fahey is a professional hockey player in the Washington Capitals' organization. Selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the seventh round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, Fahey made his NHL debut on October 16, 2010, in a match-up between the Capitals and the Nashville Predators. Brian Fahey was born on March 2, 1981, in Glenview, Illinois. The 6-foot-1 defenseman is the 67th University of Wisconsin alumni to play in the NHL, and the second one to make his NHL debut during the 2010-11 season.
