  • Career Highlights

    Prior to his NHL career Lebda attended and played four seasons for the University of Notre Dame starting in 2000. Following college he signed as an undrafted free agent with the Wings' minor league AHL affiliate the Grand Rapids Griffins. He played three seasons in the minors before signing as a full member of the Red Wings on July 21, 2004. Following the NHL Lockout, Lebda made his NHL debut in 2005. He played 46 games his rookie season, scoring three goals and nine assists. His production improved in the 2006-07 season, scoring five goals and 13 assists in 74 games.
