Professional football defensive end Brett Keisel plays in the National Football League for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Football Career
Prior to playing in the NFL, Keisel played college football with the BYU Cougars. He recorded 66 tackles and nine sacks, earning a Mountain West Conference honorable mention following his senior year in 2001. Keisel made his professional debut with the Steelers in 2002, playing in five games and recording four tackles. He did not play at all in 2003 after undergoing surgery on his shoulder. Keisel returned to the Steelers in 2004, playing in 13 games and totaling nine tackles. He broke out in 2005, playing in every game and helping the Steelers win Super Bowl XL.
