Canadian professional hockey player Brenden Morrow currently plays for the Dallas Stars in the National Hockey League. He has served as the captain of the Stars since 2006. Career Highlights
Morrow was drafted out of the Portland Winter Hawks of the Western Hockey League 25th overall in the 1997 NHL draft by the Dallas Stars. He continued to play in the WHL until making his NHL debut with the Stars in 1999. He played with the Stars over the next few seasons before joining the Oklahoma City Blazers of the Canadian Hockey League during the 2004-05 NHL lockout. On September 29, 2006, Morrow was named team captain of the Stars and was nominated for his first NHL All-Star Game.
