Brendan Fraser is a film actor well known for his role in The Mummy series. He will be appearing in the third installment of the series titled The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

In January 2009, Fraser stars as Mo Silvertongue Folchart in the fantasy film, Inkheart.

Brendan James Fraser was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 3, 1968. He attended Upper Canada College in Canada and later attended the Cornisch College of the Arts, where he studied acting.

Fraser first garnered national attention for his roles in the films Encino Man and School Ties. He would establish himself as a popular comedic actor in the films The Scout, and George of the Jungle while also exercising his dramatic skills in films such as Gods and Monsters and the Academy Award winning film Crash. He is also the star of the successful Mummy franchise as the adventurer Rick O'Connell.
