Brawn Grand Prix Ltd. is a Formula One motor racing team and constructor.
On October 18, 2009 Brawn GP won the Constructors Campionship at the the Brazilian Grand Prix. Brawn GP driver Jenson Button also won the 2009 Drivers Championship at the same race.
On November 16, 2009, Mercedes Benz announced that they had purchased a controlling stake in Brawn GP. The new team will be known as Mercedes Grand Prix.
