  • Brandon Marshall is an American football player who plays wide receiver for the Denver Broncos in the National Football League.

    Marshall reportedly requested he be traded from the Denver Broncos in June of 2009.   • Brief Biography

    Although only starting one game in his rookie season, Brandon Marshall became a full time starter in 2007, despite suffering some injures before the season started. In his sophomore season, Marshall had 102 receptions for 1,325 yards and seven touchdowns. This, after slipping on an empty McDonald's bag and landing on a television, causing a major laceration in his arm.

    After scoring a touchdown in a game against the Cleveland Browns on November 6, 2008, Marshall began to pull out a glove before teammate and receiver Brandon Stokley stopped him. Marshall said he was going to display a black and white glove in tribute to newly-elected President Barack Obama.   • Legal Trouble

    It was reported on September 18, 2008, that charges were filed against Marshall for misdemeanor battery on September 10, 2008, in Fulton County, Georgia.

    Marshall was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 1, 2009, after an altercation with his fiance Michi Nogami.
