Brandon Jennings is a 6’1” guard for the Milwaukee Bucks. Drafted with the 10th overrall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, Jennings was expected to make an immediate impact with his new team. In College, Jennings originally made a verbal commitment to play for the USC Trojans in his sophomore season in highschool. Jennings eventually changed his mind and committed to play for the Arizona Wildcats.
Eventuall, Jennings decided that he did not want to play for a college team and was instead the first American to skip college to play in professional basketball in Europe. Jennings began his NBA career with an impressive outing, coming one rebound and one assist away from recording a triple-double in his Milwaukee Bucks debut.
On November 14, 2009, Jennings scored a career-high, and franchise record 55 points in a 129-125 win against the Golden State Warriors. That record was previously held by hall of fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. [1]

In the 2010 playoffs, the Milwaukee Bucks squared off against the Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. The Bucks lost the first two games of the series but managed to rally for a three games to two lead, but could not close the series out and lost the final two games, being bounced from the playoffs in the first round.

Brandon Jennings was the top pick of the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2009 NBA Draft, and was immediately inserted in the team’s starting lineup. Jennings scored 17 points, dished out 9 assists and hauled down 9 rebounds in his NBA regular season debut. He followed that performance with a game in which he scored 24 points and 25 points in his third NBA game.
In his seventh game in the NBA, Jennings set a new Milwaukee Bucks record with 55 points in a single game. He also pulled down 5 rebounds and 5 assists in that game against the Golden State Warriors. In his first two months of his rookie season, Jennings scored in the single digits only twice.
