Brandon Inge

  • Brandon Inge is a third baseman for the Detroit Tigers. Following a collegiate career at Virginia Commonwealth University, the Tigers selected Inge in the 2nd round of the 1998 amateur draft. After working his way up through the Tigers minor league system, Inge made his major league debut with the Tigers on April 3, 2001. Inge's best year in the majors came in 2006, when he hit .253 Batting Average, with 83 Runs Batted In, 27 Home Run, and helped lead the Tigers to the 2006 World Series.
