  • Canadian professional hockey player Brad Larsen currently plays for the NHL's Anaheim Ducks. Larsen was traded to the Ducks from the Atlanta Thrashers on September 26, 2008.
  • NHL Career

    Larsen was drafted 53rd overall in the 1995 NHL draft by the Ottawa Senators. He continued to play in the Western Hockey League for the Swift Current Broncos and was traded to the Colorado Avalanche on January 26, 1996. Larsen and the Avalanche were unable to agree to a contract and Larsen re-entered the NHL draft in 1997. He was selected 87th overall by the Avalanche. Larsen was assigned to the Hershey Bears, an Avalanche American Hockey League affiliate, for nearly three full seasons, starting in 1997. In 2001, he earned a full roster spot with the Avalanche. Larson was waived and picked up by the Atlanta Thrashers on February 25, 2004.
