Character actor Brad Dourif has appeared in film and television since the 1970s, most often as deranged or villainous characters. He played Grima Wormtongue in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers and Doc Cochran in the HBO series Deadwood.
Film Career
Dourif was performing off Broadway in several productions when Milos Forman cast him as Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. He won a Golden Globe and a British Academy Award for the performance and received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.
In the 1980s, he appeared in two David Lynch films: Dune and Blue Velvet, where he plays one of Dennis Hopper's character's twisted sidekicks. He also is the voice of Chucky in all five films in the Child's Play series.
