The Bosu Classic is a workout device which lays on the floor. The consumer than steps or supports themselves onto its inflated dome-like resistance sphere. The company claims that through a variety of exercises the device provides a workout which focuses on flexibility, endurance, balance, and the core muscles. As of 2008, the device costs $99.99 plus shipping and handling or 3 payments of $33.33 plus shipping and handling. The device also comes with a pump to inflate the dome, a eating guide and 3 dvd's. -
