  • Boston is one of the best selling American rock bands of all time. After signing to Epic Records in 1976, the band's self-titled first album became the best selling debut record ever thanks to smash singles such as "More Than a Feeling" and "Peace of Mind" and is certified 17 times platinum by the RIAA. After their second album, the band faced legal troubles with their record label and didn't release a third album until 1986. Their fouth album, 1994's Walk On, did not include original lead singer Brad Delp.

On March 9, 2007, Delp was found dead from suicide by his fiancée in his New Hampshire home. Boston played a tribute concert for Delp later that year.
