The Zombie Island of Dr Ned is the first downloadable content for the game Borderlands, developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games.

This is the video and text walkthrough for the There May Be Some Side Effects mission. The player will travel to Generally Hospital to find an antidote, as requested by Dr.Ned.

Find the antidote sample for Dr.Ned.

1. Go to the Generally Hospital, south of Jakobs Cove, near the entrance of Hallow's End.
2. Once you are in front of the hospital's gate, take the road on your right and get inside the door heading south-east. Kill the crows outside and follow the road that goes east alongside the water.
3. You will find a secret entrance. Go to the tombstone and open it. The entrance of Generally  Hospital is behind.
4. You are now outside the hospital. The building is on the hill ahead of you. Follow the road to the hospital and kill the zombies on the way. They are regular enemies so no problem!
5. Before the save point, there is a suicide zombie with a barrel. Shoot it before it gets thrown at you.
6. Get up the stairs and kill the zombies guarding the entrance.
7. Enter the courtyard of the hospital to start a cutscene. A big Wereskag with a hat will attack you. If you are level 35 or more, it should not be problem. Shoot its head and use your special power to kill it.
8. Head for the hospital and look for the antidote that can be found in a trash, left of the hospital entrance.
9. Leave Generally Hospital and head back to Jakobs Cove. Talk to the Clap Trap to complete the mission.
