The Zombie Island of Dr Ned is the first downloadable content for the game Borderlands, developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games.

This is the video and text walkthrough for the The Pack mission. The player will travel to Generally Hospital to kill four monsters..

Find and kill the members of the pack.

1. Leave Jakobs Cove and find the secret entrance to the Generally Hospital area.
   
2. Follow the path through the graveyard and up the hill.
3. Near the top of the hill, where the path forks, turn left, and follow it in that direction.
4. Go through the cemetery gate and turn left. Watch out for the drop-off straight ahead and to the right. Follow the path around the chasm.
5. Go out onto the walkway at the end of the path, and pull the switch on the right.
6. When the elevator comes, get on and pull the switch to ride to the bottom.
7. Get off the elevator and go down the path through the canyon. The waypoint isn't exact here; you may need to run around a little before you find your quarry. You'll also be plagued by Corpse Eaters and other aerial enemies; do your best to knock them out of the sky as you're fighting the main threats.
8. There are four beasts here you need to track down and kill. Find the houses and go up onto their porches, and open any containers you find. This should draw out each of the first three monster in turn. When you've killed them, go down the beach, through the circular rock formation, and you should find the last beast gazing out to sea.
9. When you've dispatched all four monsters, turn this mission in back at the Bounty Board in Jakobs Cove.
