Go to the Hyperion Corporate Gift Shop.

1. Blake is giving you the key to a shop. Exit the place and turn right. The shop is right there. Use the key on the panel control. Push the switch behind the counter to open a secret passage.
2. Go down the stairs to find a room filled with weapons.
3. Go back to Blake to complete the mission.
