Boomer Esiason is a former NFL quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, New York Jets, and Arizona Cardinals. He has transitioned into a very successful broadcast career since his retirement from professional football. He also founded the Boomer Esiason Foundation to help in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis after his son Gunnar was diagnosed with the disease.
