The upcoming puzzle game Boom Blox Bash Party for the Nintendo Wii will feature free downloadable content in the form of user-created levels. No Friend Codes for Bash Party DLC
In nearly every Wii game with online connectivity, users need to exchange their unique 12-digit Friend Code with other users in order to have any contact with them over the internet. This system, mandated by Nintendo, was put in place to prevent any potential harmful material or communications from being exchanged using the Wii.Boom Blox Bash Party is different in that it will use a server provided by developer Electronic Arts to store all game data as opposed to a system hosted by Nintendo.
