The case of Morse v. Frederick, better known as Bong Hits 4 Jesus, dealt with students' free speech rights. A high school student unfurled a banner reading "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" and was suspended for 10 days. The case went to the Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of the school, saying it could limit speech that encouraged drug use.
