In response to leftist President Evo Morales's proposed economical and constitutional reform, protesters in Bolivia have launched a "civil coup", raiding government offices and natural gas pipelines which provide energy resources to Brazil. Protesters hope to obtain increased state energy revenues for their provinces, in addition to halting constitutional reform which would provide Morales with increased power.
