Boggle

Boggle is a word game that uses 16 dice with printed letters on each of its sides. The dice are randomly tossed into the tray, each displaying a different letter on its face, this is used to make as many words as possible within a three minute time limit.

How to Play

  1. The dice are placed into a covered tray and shaken. The dice will fall into place of the 4x4 grid.
  2. The timer is flipped over, beginning the three minute time limit.
  3. Players review the letters and attempt to make words by joining letters that connect either vertically, horizontally or diagonally.
  4. When the three minutes is up, players quit listing words.
  5. Each player goes around listing their words that were found. If two or more players have the same word, they both must cross the word off their list.
  6. Points are awarded based on the length of words created.
