Bobby Cutts Jr. has been charged and convicted of the murder of his pregnant girlfriend, Jessie Davis. On February 2, 2008 the jury recommended that Cutts be sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Cutts was sentenced to 34 years in prison without the possibility of parole on February 27, 2008. He filed a request for appeal in April 2008.
