Bobbie Jo Stinnett of Missouri, was eight months pregnant when she was strangled, and had her baby torn from her womb by Lisa Montgomery in 2004. Montgomery, who took the baby and acted as if it where hers, was convicted of kidnapping resulting in death on October 22, 2007. Montgomery was sentenced to death on April 4, 2008.
