Former Democratic U.S. Senator Bob Graham is the founder of the Bob Graham Center for Public Service, based in Gainesville, Florida. He is also the co-chairman of a blue ribbon commission established by the U.S. Congress to investigate and report on weapons of mass destruction and terrorism.
