Positions
Bob Casey supports pro-life legislation. He has been very vocal abot his views on overturning Roe v. Wade. With regard to his pro-life stand, he was supportive of the confirmation of, now, Justice John Roberts and Samuel Alito for the Supreme Court of the United States. Casey has also been a supporter of birth control backing legislation that would require health insurance carriers to cover the costs of such contraception. However, he also held the position that would support pharmacists to deny filling prescription if it conflicted with their moral beliefs.
