Prostitution Scandal
Allen was arrested on July 11, 2007 for allegedly soliciting sex from an undercover police officer at the Veterans Memorial Park in Titusville, Florida. He was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of soliciting prostitution, and was sentenced to six months supervised probation, ordered to pay a $250 fine, and forbidden to return to the park. -
