The "Wack Pack" is the name given to the wide variety of eccentric guests which frequent Howard Stern's radio program. Although she first appeared on The Howard Stern Show in February 2004, Blue Iris was not officially inducted into the "Wack Pack" until his transfer to Sirius Satellite Radio in 2006.
Death
