On September 4, 2009, Oregon suspended Blount for the remainder of the season. The suspension includes any bowl games. As LeGarrette Blount begins to leave the field, video shows him appearing to go at the crowd in the stands before he is restrained by an Oregon coach, two teammates and two arena staff members. As they head into the tunnel of the stadium, police also restrain a screaming Blount.
