Blood for Blood is the name of a quest in World of Warcraft, located at the Throne of Kil'jaeden on the Hellfire Peninsula. The quest is affiliated with the Shadow Sun Offensive, a new faction added in the 2.4 World of Warcraft Patch. An NPC named Magistrix Seyla gives you quest, which requires these steps: acquire demonic blood to power the (provided) Fel Siphon; use the Fel Siphon to then kill 4 Emaciated Felboods, and finally return to Magistrix Seyla for your reward.

1. Get quest from Magistrix Seyla
2. Acquire Demonic Blood to power the Fel Siphon
3. Use Fel Siphon to kill 4 Emaciated Felbloods
4. Return to Magistrix Seyla
5. Reward: Mark of Sargeras x5 OR Sunfury Signet x5
6. Reward: 4 Gold/40 Silver
