About Blitz: The League II
Blitz: The League II is the sequel to Midway's 2005 football game Blitz: The League. It is offered as a more racy alternative to other "watered-down, licensed" football games. Players are able to execute grisly tackles on opponents, zooming in on specific areas to inflict maximum damage.
The game features a full story mode authored by Peter Egan, staff writer for ESPN's 2003 series Playmakers. There is also an online Versus mode and downloadable content.Official Site: Blitz: The League II
