Blitz: The League II is a football game for the Xbox 360 and PS3 that offers an alternative to other popular sports franchises. Execute realistic tackles by targeting specific parts of an opponent's body and watch your commands carried out in slow motion. Inject the players with various drugs to improve their athletic skill, but avoid getting caught.

- Main Man - 35 - Get Franchise's Reputation to 25 level or higher in Campaign Mode.
- Ironman - 10 - Score 5 TD's and get 5 sacks with Franchise in a single Campaign Mode game.
- Bulldozer - 10 - Get 10 sacks with Franchise in one Campaign Mode game.
- Showoff - 10 - Perform 10 different TD celebrations with Franchise in Campaign Mode.
- Hollywood - 25 - Perform 5 different touchdown celebrations in a single Quick Play, Online or Campaign game.
- Man Blanket - 10 - Force 3 turnovers with Franchise during a Division Season in Campaign Mode.
- House Rules - 40 - Win a game against the computer in every Bonus Mode.
- Big Spender - 25 - Spend over a million dollars in Campaign mode.
- Welcome Rookie - 15 - Win first game of Campaign Mode
- Return to Sender - 10 - Return two kickoff or punt returns for TD's in any game.
- Go Long! - 10 - Gain 450 passing yards in any Campaign Mode game.
- Rushing Attack - 15 - Score 5 rushing TD's in any Campaign Mode game.
- Magic Hands - 10 - Catch every pass thrown by your QB in any Campaign Mode game.
- Safety Dance - 10 - Force a safety in a single Campaign Mode, Quick Play or Bonus Mode game.
- Lucky 7's - 10 - Throw at least 7 TD passes in a single game in Campaign Mode.
- Power Surge - 10 - Score three TD's in a single quarter in Campaign Mode.
- Jackpot - 10 - Earn $400,000 in one campaign mode game.
- Group Hug - 10 - Land 3 three man tackles in any Campaign Mode, Quick Play or Bonus Mode game.
- Anger Management - 15 - Accumulate 5 late hit icons in a single Campaign Mode game.

- Playah - 15 - Hook up with 3 different girls in Campaign Mode.
