Blingee is an Internet concept of adding glitter and pazazz to pictures, in order to give them personality. The Blingee site offers the tools in which to create fun, jazzed and expressive images.
The site also offers competitions, prizes and a place to vote on your favorite photos, as well as a community of creators.
