Bleach first made it's jumped from manga (comic) to anime in October of 2004 in Japan. Since then Bleach the anime has become widely popular and is aired on Cartoon Network in the United States.
The anime follows the manga story for the most part, chronicling the adventures of Ichigo Kurusaki after he inadvertently obtains the powers of a "Soul Reaper" (Similar to a Grim Reaper).

With each new season Bleach gets a new catchy introduction song. This is the current season's introduction song, "Anima Rossa".
