Blazing Angels 2: Secret Missions of WWII is the follow-up to 2006's Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII. This installment features a new storyline as well as more, and stranger, aircraft.

The game is set during World War II and has players cast as Captain Robinson. Players must track down the Nazi special weapons division and steal prototype planes. There are a total of eighteen missions. Players have the choice of an arcade or simulation style flight scheme. Players can also choose to use the Sixaxis for easier maneuvering. Planes cannot make S turns or perform barrell rolls. Each wingmen has a specific skill that will aid you during battle. One of the pilots will lure the enemies to attack him, the other will attack the enemies, and another plane will repair the player's plane.IGN: Blazing Angles 2: Secret Missions of WWII Review Players can perform stunts and complete secondary objectives to receive prestige points. These points allow players to upgrade their plane with better gear. Players also have access to a wide array of weapons from missiles to machine guns. Players have the option of playing the single player campaign mode or playing online. There are three multiplayer modes:

1. Solo
2. Co-op
3. Squadron
