On June 9, 2010 Blake Sheldon and Trace Adkins won the 2010 CMT Music Awards Collaborative Video of the Year award for the for duet Hillbilly Bone. This was the first year they each had been nominated in this category.

In 2010, Shelton won his first ACM award in the category of Vocal Event of the Year for his number one hit song Hillbilly Bone.
