Before the country band BlackHawk formed, Dave Robbins and Van Stephenson co-wrote several number one hits for the group Restless Heart. In 1992 they where joined by Henry Paul and signed a contract with Arista Nashville. "Goodbye Says It All" was their debut single and peaked at #11. In 2000 Stephenson had to leave the group due to complications from skin cancer. Today the group is still making music and touring with all new members.
