PC Magazine likes the real headphone jack and is impressed with the balance between a multimedia phone and a business phone.

Most reviewers agreed that the Curve 8300 is lacking WiFi capability, with PC World commenting that the applications are still a bit too "thin." CNET also mentioned poor call quality and that the Curve was lacking 3G support and video capture capabilities on the camera.
