Plot Summary
Nick, played by Michael Douglas is a NYPD officer facing an Internal Affairs investigation. He and his partner Charlie, played by Andy Garcia arrest a suspect, Sato, after witnessing a fight in a restaurant. The suspect hasYakuza connections, and the New York authorities assign Nick and Charlie to accompany him to Japan. Sato escapes from them upon landing in Osaka, and the movie revolves around their attempts to locate him.
