The truTV Network's reality television series Black Gold reveals the inside world of Texas gas and oil. The series premieres on June 18, 2008. Black Gold follows roughneck oil drillers as they race to find oil in West Texas. The men work on the Longhorn, Viking and Big Dog oil rigs as they attempt to dig three oil wells.
