• Career

  Bjork got her start in a group called The Sugarcubes during the late '70s. Since then, she has become a prolific solo artist known not only for her characteristic vocal tone and range, but also for blending many different kinds of music into her own material. She has also appeared in a handful of films, including a leading role in 2000's Dancer in the Dark.

• Venture Capitalist

  Bjork and the venture capital firm Audur Capital have created a fund to help raise money for Iceland's poor economy.
