Early Life
Born in San Diego and having grown up in various countries, Tulloch attended Harvard University with a double major in English and American Literature. After she won the Emmy Internship in 2002 by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Tulloch began an acting career appearing as a guest star on shows Cold Case and The West Wing.
