During the 2008 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, Gerald Green performed a dunk which he called the "birthday cake." Green had a cupcake with a candle placed on the back end of the rim and then had the candle lit. Green then performed a dunk while at the same time blowing out the candle. The cupcake managed not to fall of the basket.
