Players in BioShock 2 will play as the original Big Daddy. There will also be other Big Daddies in the game that the player will be forced to fight. The player takes the role of a renegade Big Daddy who goes around either saving or harvesting Little Sisters. Big Sisters in BioShock 2 are some of the main antagonists in the game. They are grown up Little Sisters and have some very deadly attributes. Big Sisters are very fast, and have a giant weapon strapped to their arm. They sport a diver's helmet and have a fitted diving suit. They also wear a Little Sister on their back, who sits in a small rusted cage. Big Sisters will attack you throughout the game, and if you've adopted a Little Sister, you'll know when one is getting near.
