About the Game
The original Bionic Commando game was released in 1988 for the NES and many other popular gaming platforms of the time. Now, twenty years later, patient gamers are getting their sequel.The game is set ten years after the events of the first game. Nathan Spencer has been betrayed by the government and sentenced to death for crimes he didn't commit. On the day of his execution, an massive explosion rocks Ascension City, toppling buildings and turning the streets to rubble. The government needs somebody to infiltrate the terrorists behind the attack. Who could be better for the task than a Bionic Commando?
Nathan Spencer is equipped with a bionic arm that is useful for carrying out a variety of tasks in the game. He can pound on opponents, throw heavy objects and literally rip apart the game environment. The game moves both horizontally and vertically.
