Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 is the sequel to the 2008 platforming video game Bionic Commando Rearmed. This is a walkthrough of the opening level, Puerto Calao. Here the player learns the very basics of the game.

After the initial cut scene you start the game. We start with a brief introduction to your bionic vision and movement. Use your bionic arm to swing across the platforms above the cargo container in your way. Make your way to the right and enter the casino you come to. Use your arm to climb on top of the pipes the past the wall. Past the wall is an extra life and the switch to raise the barrier.
Back outside continue to the right, you come to a group of cans blocking your way. Move back and shoot the red can to make it explode and clear the path. You don't want to be hit by the explosion as it does a lot of damage. Continue to your right and you'll come across enemies behind cover shooting at you. Use the platforms to get into a good position to take them out. Make your way to the right taking enemies and you come to a dead and. Climb the platforms above you and take out the enemies come to. Then continue to the right.
Climb down the platforms and you'll notice a group of cracked rocks. You can't break them at the moment so continue to your right. Here you come across another enemy, above him is an upgrade. This upgrade will let you throw explosives. With this upgrade go back to the left and destroy the cracked rocks. This leads to a sewer. Make your way through the sewer, you'll come across another wall that you cannot break through. Simply exit the sewer through the tunnel above the wall and use the switch to open the door ahead.
Continue along the path taking out enemies and traversing the platforms. You will see an exploding canister and across from it a group of cracked rocks. Grab the canister and throw into the rocks to collect another upgrade. Continue to the right until you can't go further, then climb up the platforms to advance. At the top of the platforms you find an enemy and elevator, ride the elevator to the bottom. Climb the platform to the right and use your arm to activate the generator, this lowers a boat so you can cross the canal.
On the far side of the canal climb up the platforms and take out the enemies at the top. Continue to the right. Past the vehicle and to the right you'll climb a group of platforms. At the top to the right is another set of cracked rocks. If you destroy them you will not be able to advance at the moment, come back later when you have the appropriate upgrade. Continue up the platforms and to the right. After you cross the building make your way down the platforms and to the left. Use the mechanism to open door to the right. Past the door you come to the first boss battle.
Your opponent will fire three rounds of four shots either high or low. You can dock under the high shots and jump over the low shots or taunt him to shoot and then use your arm to raise yourself up the platform above you. After he fires three rounds he has to reload, use your bionic arm to hit him in the head and knocked him down. Once down shoot him to do damage. Next continue to your right and down the elevator. To your right you'll see a generator, you will need an electric weapon to short-circuit it. Continue to the right to exit the area.
