October 2, 2007, Polk County Florida: An Amber Alert has been issued for Polk County teen Alyssa Frank.
The Polk County Sheriff's Department is reporting that Frank was lured from her home by 46 year-old registered sex offender William Joe Mitchell, also known as Billy Mitch.
The two struck up a relationship via the online social networking service MySpace.
